The Texas Real Estate Commission provides updated course content to cover topics affecting real estate professionals in Texas. TREC protects consumers of real estate services in Texas by ensuring qualified and ethical service providers by providing applicable education.   

This six-hour course reviews a range of rules that govern broker responsibility, and meets Texas’s mandatory requirement for CE renewing a license for brokers who sponsor sales agents, designated brokers of a business entity, and license holders who are delegated supervisor of one or more license holders. In addition, any license holder may take this course, which counts for 6 hours of MCE elective credit.
